Home and Away spoilers follow for Australian-paced episodes, which some UK viewers may prefer to avoid.
Home and Away‘s Bree Cameron won’t face an easy return to Summer Bay this week, as she is involved in more clashes over the drama she inadvertently caused with Alf Stewart.
After Felicity Newman’s tragic death from a brain aneurysm, doctor Bree began struggling at work, resulting in her becoming unable to handle setbacks like a blood stain on her uniform.
When Alf Stewart collapsed with chest pains, Bree suddenly froze while treating him at the hospital, rushing out and putting his life at risk rather than giving him emergency treatment.

Following the shocking moment, Bree has taken a break from work in order to seek professional help, and scenes airing in Australia this week will see her return to the Bay.
But TV Week reports that she won’t be met with a welcome from everyone, as she quickly clashes with Alf’s daughter, Roo Stewart.
Roo reminds Bree that Alf almost lost his life due to Bree’s failure to treat him, admitting that she isn’t sure whether she can forgive her for what happened.
“Bree is devastated after her run-in with Roo, but understands why she’s angry,” Bree star Juliet Godwin said. “She knows she dropped the ball with Alf’s treatment.”

It isn’t only Roo’s anger which Bree has to contend with, as she soon discovers that she has lost more friends in Summer Bay over what happened with Alf.
“At first, Bree is overwhelmed by everyone’s emotions,” Juliet said. “However, she’s determined to follow the guidance of her counsellor and focus on healing and trying to make amends as best she can.”
The actor added that “Bree owns the fact that she made a mistake”, and that she will be leaning on her partner Remi Carter to help her navigate life back in a more hostile Summer Bay.
But will the residents ever be able to forgive Bree, or has her huge mistake with Alf cost her everything?
