Phyllis theorized that Sharon was framing Daniel for Heather’s murder. Nick warned Phyllis to stay away from Sharon. Daniel prepared to send Lucy to go on tour with Danny. Summer assured Lucy that Daniel wouldn’t be alone. Christine returned to town to support Daniel. Chance discovered a bloodstained statue in Daniel’s apartment that he suspected was the murder weapon. Chance arrested Daniel. Billy stood by his decision to fire Phyllis. Jack and Diane announced that their marriage was over, and she moved out of the Abbott mansion. Kyle grappled with his mixed emotions over the dissolution of his family. Diane approached Victor about taking down Kyle to hurt Jack. Lily rejected Nikki’s attempt to make peace and vowed to fight for Chancellor. Devon vetoed Nate’s suggestion that they hire Audra at Winters. Lily and Audra commiserated about Victor screwing them both over. Nate learned that Amy Lewis was planning a trip to Genoa City. After a night of drinking, Billy and Sally kissed, but they later agreed it hadn’t happened for the right reasons. Chelsea rebuffed Adam’s attempt to reunite their family. Adam published a disparaging article about Billy’s business acumen.
